Exchange Policy
We will exchange any ShapeBookStore book for another of equivalent value, less the shipping, handling and packaging cost. We are unable to reimburse freight costs and freight will be charged for the exchange item.

We will only accept returns if:
All products are sold on a not returnable and non-refundable basis; except where products are shown to be defective.

• You complete the exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• The product(s) are in original condition.
• The product as you received it has a manufacturing fault.
